RIEL · IDENTITY REVIVALIST
I help people expose the ego and subconscious conditioning behind the patterns they cannot seem to break—then deliberately practice becoming someone different.
WHO I AM
I am a person in long-term recovery, a Métis man, a lifelong student of human change, and a former insurance, sales, and leadership professional with 25 years of experience.
I have known addiction, homelessness, achievement, self-sabotage, recovery, and the exhausting cycle of rebuilding a life only to pull it apart again.
“I was not broken. I was running an old program built to protect me.”
My early life was shaped by grief, alcoholism, comparison, and instability. I learned to perform for approval—to be loud, likeable, and successful enough that someone might finally see me.
I began using at nine. By 32, addiction had taken me through homelessness. Education gave me a new beginning and opened the door to a professional life I never thought I could build.
I could create exceptional results, then settle, self-sabotage, and start over. Sobriety changed my life, but the conditioning beneath the pattern was still running.
WHY I DO THIS WORK
Everything I teach is something I have had to practice in my own life. I pursued identity work because I was tired of repeating patterns that were costing me my peace, my potential, and my life.
Through recovery, self-hypnosis, meditation, deliberate repetition, and years of studying human change, I began to recognize the conditioning behind fear, validation, and the ways I kept tearing down what I had worked hard to build.
Lasting transformation asks for more than information. It asks for the courage to look beneath the habits and old identities running your life—and reconnect with a purpose larger than them.
THE INVITATION
Your dream should be big enough to require a different version of you. If it feels too meaningful to ignore or beyond what your current identity believes is possible, it may be the dream worth pursuing.
Success is personal. It may be recovery, peace, restored relationships, meaningful work, financial freedom, service, leadership, or finally becoming present in your own life.
THE I AM READY MOVEMENT
If you are, then I Am Ready. Let’s begin.
IS THIS WORK FOR YOU?
You do not need to have your whole life figured out. You do need willingness: the willingness to see what has been running you and practice a different way forward.
So, are you ready? If you are, then I Am Ready. Let’s begin.
